Canny is a simple robot that can be reprogrammed using only a pair of headphones. Flight video from our DIY High Altitude Balloon with Arduino data logger launched from Goderich Ontario Canada May 31 2014. The balloon started about 6ft diameter- it would end up well over 20 feet at max altitude. Notice the distinct lack of any blue sky when it gets over 50,000 feet. Pretty cool.
We were shooting for 80,000 feet but fell a bit short. Next time should be closer to “near space”. Toronto and London Air Traffic Control were AMAZING to [...]
